About Us

Anna graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from King’s College London in 1999.
She has worked in a variety of clinical settings in the NHS, private practice and elite sports teams across the UK and has almost 25 years of clinical experience.
Anna has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Bath which gave her a deeper theoretical understanding of sports injuries to combine with her real-world experience of working in sport.

Anna believes strongly in educating and empowering patients to help them manage their own conditions as much as possible. She combines bespoke rehabilitation programmes alongside hands-on treatment as well as looking at the impact of lifestyle and training load on performance and recovery.
" I enjoy working with a variety of patients from the more serious competitive athlete, to those who would like to be more active, but their health or injury makes this difficult"
Outside of work, Anna enjoys being outdoors as much as possible whether that be swimming, paddle-boarding, mountain biking, hill walking with the dogs or working on the allotment.
