It seems it’s grumble o’clock.....
I hardly ever get any no shows usually.
Unfortunately this has increased over the last few weeks.
I suspect this is a combination of things opening up so folk getting busy and people having to book a few weeks in advance as I’m so busy.
When you book you will receive an email booking confirmation and then a reminder email the day before.
If your plans change or you no longer need the appt I understand but PLEASE let me know (preferably with as much notice as possible).
I’m working longer hours to accommodate people and I have patients in pain, waiting for weeks for an appt many of whom live locally and could come at short notice.
