Small Steps For Success!
I think it’s fair to say that most of us, when it comes to health improvements or injury rehabilitation would love to snap our fingers and get to the end goal.
Sadly it doesn’t really work that way.
And the best way to make progress is with small, sustainable, incremental changes - done regularly.
Very often the injuries I see, are as a result of people trying to ramp things up too quickly, or doing all their exercise in one go such as when they have more time at the weekend.
It can be difficult juggling everything in our lives, but one way to do this can be to plan your week in a diary or on paper. Schedule in your rehab or exercise along with work, life commitments and recovery to avoid the dreaded boom and bust!
